ICI can arrange private instructor training for your organisation, with the practical course delivered at an agreed venue.

Your instructors train alongside the people they'll actually be working with, and you have one arrangement to make rather than several individual course bookings.

We can look at the qualifications your team already holds and establish which training route is appropriate before the course is arranged.

Your instructors don't necessarily all arrive with the same background.

Existing fitness professionals

Instructors with a suitable Level 2 or Level 3 fitness qualification may be eligible for the shorter practical training route.

New instructors

If members of your team don't already hold the required underpinning fitness qualification, we'll identify the appropriate fuller training route.

Mixed teams

Tell us who you need to train and what qualifications they already hold. We can look at the group rather than expecting you to work out the training route yourself.

A studio we can rely on

ICI is building a network of suitable indoor cycling studios where we can occasionally run public instructor courses.

We're looking for gyms, leisure centres and other operators interested in giving ICI reliable access to their studio on mutually agreed course dates.

We're not looking to rent studio space at commercial hire rates. We're looking for organisations interested in a useful ongoing training relationship.

ICI's side

A place for one of your instructors

When ICI runs a qualifying public course at your venue, your organisation receives one partner place on that course.

That can give the host organisation a continuing way to train instructors as ICI courses take place at the venue.

Course frequency isn't guaranteed. Dates are arranged by agreement according to demand and ICI's training schedule.

What we're looking for

A good partner venue needs to work for real instructor training, not simply have bikes in a room.

A suitable indoor cycling studio with enough working bikes for a practical instructor course.

Reliable access by agreement when a public ICI course is scheduled at the venue.

A location that makes sense as part of ICI's wider training network.

An organisation interested in the relationship, including making use of the partner training place when appropriate.
