We're developing a free short course specifically to bridge that gap. It will help managers understand what to look for when observing indoor cycling sessions, what should prompt questions and when an instructor may need further support or development.
Monitoring indoor cycling instructor safety & effectiveness
A concise course for managers, rather than instructors. The aim isn't to teach you to instruct a class. It's to give you enough specialist understanding to oversee the classes you're responsible for more confidently.
It will work alongside the practical observation and management checklists available through ICI's manager resources.

That training will have its own home rather than being mixed into ICI's specialist instructor and studio-management training.
